How do I use the live map?
Open the map and zoom in. Tap icons for details. Use category filters to show stages, vendors, restrooms, and more.
Where are the stages?
On the map, enable the “Stages” filter or jump straight to the stage pins.
Where are restrooms and water?
Use the “Restrooms” and “Water” filters on the map for the closest locations.
I can’t find my ticket.
Go to My Tickets while logged in. If you checked out with a different email/account, visit the Info Tent for lookup help.
My QR code won’t scan.
- Turn your screen brightness all the way up.
- Hold still, 6–10 inches from the scanner.
- If your screen is cracked or very dim, ask for manual lookup at the Info Tent.
My purchase shows “pending.”
Sometimes payments take a few minutes to confirm (especially on busy networks). Refresh My Tickets after a short wait. If it doesn’t appear, visit the Info & Inquiry Tent.
My phone battery died.
If you can, log in on another device and open My Tickets. Otherwise, go to the Info & Inquiry Tent for lookup help.
I prepaid for parking. What do I do at arrival?
Have your ticket QR ready (brightness up). Follow on-site signage to the prepaid lane if available.
Can I buy parking on site?
Yes, if capacity allows. Look for the “Scan to Pay” signs at the entrance and follow gate agent instructions.
I’m leaving and coming back. Do I pay twice?
Re-entry is not allowed for onsite parking. If you leave, you will have to pay again, if space is available. Shuttle parking is free.
The page won’t load / it’s blank.
- Refresh the page.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data.
- Close and reopen the app/browser.
The map feels slow.
Festival networks can get busy. Try zooming in closer and turning on only the filters you need.
Do I need to “install” the app?
No. You can use it in your browser. Installing the app is just a tiny download and can make it faster to open and easier to find later.
My battery is dying. Can I charge it somewhere?
Charge your phone at either the Old Well Tavern or the Chillingham Magical Tavern

Go to the First Aid location on the map or ask any staff member to direct you.
Lost & Found
Visit the Info & Inquiry Tent. Found items are logged there throughout the day.
Accessibility assistance
Visit the Info & Inquiry Tent or ask any staff member for assistance with accessible routes and seating.

Visit the Info & Inquiry Tent near the Main Gate for ticket lookup, directions, and general assistance.
