Want to get more attention to your booth? Join the VIP Treasure Hunt! Patrons will follow the sparkling trail on their phone to your door when you create a special offer! 

How it works: 

• Patrons can purchase VIP Upgrade packages that offer them special benefits. Each tier gets their own benefits, plus the ones from the lower levels.
  • Royal Level: 35 Available, 35 potential redemptions
  • Noble Level: 60 Available, 95 potential redemptions
  • Knight Level: 155 Available. 250 potential redemptions
  • Villager: Unlimited. Available to all ticketed patrons
• You can add a special offer to the tier of your choice. Whether it is a percentage off, a small freebie or a BOGO deal is up to you. 
  • You cannot simply place an ad in a special offer
  • You cannot place other restrictions like "follow me on social media" on a special offer
  • There must be a redeemable benefit but it doesn't have to be expensive
  • One offer per booth ( if you have multiple booths, you can create 1 offer per booth)
  • You can use a special you normally have- just set it to Villager level and it is available to everyone with a ticket
• By placing your special offer in a tier, you determine how many of that special you are willing to provide
  • You are allowed to put in the terms: While supplies last
    • *If you have limited supply, you must reserve part of it for Sunday*
  • Royal level offers must have 35 offers available for redemption

Timing and Commitment

• We will release VIP Treasure Hunt packages to patrons in late March
• You can change or edit your offer up until May 10
• After May 10, no changes.  Offers will be locked.
• Unsold VIP Treasure Hunt packages will still be available during the Festival for instant purchase/redemption

What Happens During Festival:

• VIP Upgrade patrons will see a little sparkle on the festival map for locations where they can redeem an offer
• A patron will present their phone to you showing their QR code (or they may print their QR code and bring it)
• While logged in to the Friarsgate Festival app, use your phones' camera to scan the QR code
• A page loads with a button where you click [Redeem]
  • (Only your account can redeem offers for your booth. You can have more than one person logged in to your account if you need to.) 
• Patron gets their special offer. Your booth stops sparkling on their map. 

After the Festival: 

• You can see how many special offers you redeemed for future sales info
