  • Spend gems to play games
    • Rat Toss (or “Plague Purge”)
      Guests toss small stuffed rats into chamber pots, cauldrons, or barrels. Add humorous commentary from the host dressed as a plague doctor or town crier. Use inflatable plague doctor outfit
    • Tavern Toss (Goblet Game)
      Guests toss “coins” or rings into goblets or tankards arranged at various distances and heights. Bonus if tankards are held by mannequin arms in silly poses.
    • Juggler's Gauntlet
      Players walk a narrow path while volunteers dressed as jesters throw (soft) juggling balls to try and knock their hat off. Make it more carnival-like with loud music and a dramatic narrator.
    • Ye Olde Fishin’ Pond
      A curtain or barrel with hidden attendants who hook small prizes to fishing rods. Customize prizes as scrolls, trinkets, or faux gold coins.
    • Ye Olde Milk Bottle Knockdown – “Castle Siege”
      Players toss soft cannonballs or stones (beanbags) to topple a stack of painted “castle towers” or enemy siege engines. Decorate the bottles like stone turrets or goblin war machines.
    • Ring Toss – “Halos for Saints”
      Toss golden rings onto wooden pegs shaped like the heads of saints, nobles, or mythical beasts. Bonus: Some of the figures could wiggle or move with pulley systems.
    • Balloon Pop – “Imp Hunt”
      Replace balloons with small parchment “imps” tacked onto a wall. Players use safe darts (or beanbags) to “banish” the mischievous creatures.
    • Knock-a-Crow (a.k.a. “Crop Defender”)
      Players throw turnips or soft balls at scarecrow heads or stuffed crows perched on hay bales. Make it into a “protect the harvest” theme.
    • Ball-in-the-Basket – “Feed the Giant”
      Throw soft “bread rolls” or “mutton” into the open mouth of a painted giant. Add audio effects of burping or groaning for laughs.
    • Plinko – “Tavern Token Tumble”
      A vertical board with wooden pegs and a descending token path, decorated like a castle wall or mead barrel. Tokens land in different prize cups: "Ale," "Gold," "Dragon Droppings," etc.
    • Shooting Gallery – “Crossbow Challenge”
      A Nerf-style or cork crossbow aimed at moving targets: cardboard dragons, knights, or thieves trying to steal the royal crown.
    • Unicorn Ring Swing
      Horns mounted to mannequin heads or costumed volunteers—players try to toss rings onto them. Bonus points for glitter and giggles.
    • Axe Throwing
      Soft axes
    • Hover Ball
      Knock down the magic orbs
    • Granny Pants
    • Worker wears hula hoop /suspender pants and players try to get their colored balls into the pants while he dances
    • Drop Sticks Paint as sticks
    • Monkey Tail Pick up game
  • If you win, your gem counts toward the faction score. 
  • Tiny prizes available
  • The wins are counted digitally and tubes at the King's Court are filled to show who is winning
  • Winner is announced at the end of the festival and wins the Festival Goblet for the year
  • Gems are periodically gathered by rats
