Hail good merchants!
The deadline for paying vendor fees and choosing your space approaches. If you plan to participate at the Festival at the Friars' Gate on May 16-17, fees must be paid by March 31.
Selection of space is now limited. If you have special needs for your space, you may email us before selecting a space and let us know your specific details so that we can ensure you are in a space that works for you.
Email us if you have any technical issues with the process! We are glad to help.
If we haven't heard from you by then, we will hope to see you next year.
If you already know you won't be attending, please reply to this email and let us know so we can free up space for vendors on the wait list.
How it works

Select your preferred area of the festival from the available choices on the map. Click the map dots to see details about the spots including a photo. Take your time, explore the different areas.

Purchase a booth credit (or two) for your chosen area. Different sections have different fees

Choose your specific booth(s) directly from the map and click Claim This Location

Create a Storefront page
Available booths are shown on the interactive map. Click a booth marker to view a photo along with details about that space before making your selection.
A Storefront is your detail page that will be linked from the patron map. Add your logo, photos, details, your website- whatever you like. You can also do this later/edit it anytime from My Account> My Booths
Important notes before you choose

Electricity:
If you require electricity, please review the list of booths with electrical access before selecting your space.
• Electricity can be purchased from your My Booths page ($30). -
Trailers & oversized vehicles:
Vendors with trailers or oversized vans will find Market Hall Bazaar to be the easiest area for access and setup.
While the park does have a paved road suitable for normal-sized vehicles, it is narrow and may be challenging for trailers or large vehicles. -
Possible space adjustments:
Booth locations may occasionally need to be adjusted closer to the festival date due to logistical or safety considerations.

If you’d like help choosing the right booth, just email us with your setup details (tent size, vehicle type, power needs, etc.). We’re happy to recommend the best available options for you.
*You can use a cell phone for this process but we recommend a computer simply because the map is large
