We are a little over two months away from the big weekend and it's time to give you some lodging options if you aren't local.

Camping

We have been given permission by the City of Irmo to stay onsite in Moore Park overnight. This is a privilege that can be revoked so everyone needs to be quiet and respectful.  We are in a residential area. 

You can stay in your booth, your vehicle or you can put up a tent on the Twisted Hill Field of Challenge. (It will have to come back down during the festival, of course.)  

Electrical outlets are available in both taverns and on the Twisted Hill Field of challenge. There are water fountains at both permanent bathrooms. 

You will need to fill out the Camping Form so security knows who is allowed to be there. Gates to the park will be closed and locked at 10PM and open again at 7AM so get your errands run and your vehicle situated before 10. 

Hotel

We have secured incredible rates at the Residence Inn by Mariott which is 3 blocks from the park. 

• The Residence Inn has all king-bed rooms with full kitchens.
• If you don't mind a walk, it is very walkable to the festival
• There is a pool, workout room, business center and laundry onsite
• If you stay at the Residence Inn, you can park your vehicle there during the Festival
• Rooms are $114-$129 per night

We are working with other hotels in the area and will send out that information as we get it, but this is the hotel we recommend for cast & crew as it is the closest.  

You can reserve your room without paying now- pay at check in.
