What a festival we have to look forward to!  And we couldn't do it without you! 

It is time to confirm your participation at the Festival at the Friars' Gate. 

Please login to your account then click on Performer Details. 

Read over the brief contract and sign by clicking the I accept button at the bottom of the page. 

*Once you click I accept, please click the tab at the top of the page that says "Payment Preferences" and fill in that detail, if needed.

If you have questions, concerns or your plans have changed, email us back as soon as possible. 

If you plan to stay onsite, please fill out the Camping Form  People who are not on the camping list will be removed by security.

• We will have some spaces available in the Info & Inquiry Tent and Players' Pavilion but you need to let us know if you'd like to stay there. 

If you plan to stay in a hotel nearby, we have group rates at the very lovely Residence Inn- just three blocks from the festival

Performance schedules are NOT finalized.  You may see some tentative schedules or no schedules but don't worry. We just have a few placeholders while we work some bugs out of the calendar layout.
