Things to Know

Once you've purchased a space and claimed a booth, you have access to My Account -> My Booths. From this page you can create or edit your Storefront, and create or edit a Special Offer. 

Storefront

A storefront is just that- your page to show off your wares. You can include your logo and up to 4 additional media items. You can talk about your history, your items, your philosphy or you can post a menu, pricing or listing of hot sellers.  The only thing you can't do is paste in emoticons- that will cause an error. 

Your storefront is linked to the patron map so that people can see where you are and what you sell. We highly recommend you include a link to your website or social media so patrons can find you after the festival is over!  And don't forget to add your categories- those put your storefront on category pages for people looking for specific things.  (Are we missing a relevant category? Email us!)

Special Offers

We have created a VIP package plan that allows patrons to purchase specific bundles of specials and deals during the festival. 

We are calling it a VIP Treasure Hunt! If you create a special offer for your booth (only 1 per booth) then  VIP patrons will see your map dot sparkle and they will know you have something special to offer them.  They can follow the path of sparkling dots for fun and bargains. 

Your Special Offer also appears on your Storefront page. 

-Creating a Special Offer is completely optional-

If you do create a Special Offer, here are the guidelines

• It has to be something redeemable. No ads, no "come see us"- an actual offer
• It doesn't have to be expensive
• You set how many offers are redeemable
  • Villager: Everyone with a ticket can redeem
  • Knight: 150 offers but also includes all levels above it: total 240
  • Noble: 60 offers but also includes all levels above it: total 90
  • Royal: 30 Offers. Very limited
• You are allowed to put "While supplies last" for all tiers except Royal. If you choose Royal, you must have 30 offers available

Redeeming Special Offers

You will need to be logged in to your Friarsgate Festival account, then simply scan the QR code on the user's phone with your phone's camera.  A button will pop up that allows you to redeem that benefit (or it will tell you if the code has already been used.) 

That's it! You'll have a report to see how many offers were redeemed.
