How it works:
- Patrons can purchase Festival Upgrade packages that offer them special benefits
- Royal Level: 50 Available
- Noble Level: 100 Available
- Knight Level: 200 Available
- You can add a special offer to the tier of your choice. Whether it is a percentage off, a small freebie or a BOGO deal is up to you.
- You cannot simply place an ad in a special offer
- There must be a benefit but it doesn't have to be expensive
- One offer per merchant
- By placing your special offer in a tier, you determine how many of that special you are willing to provide
What Happens During Festival:
- Special Upgrade patrons will see a little sparkle on the festival map for locations where they can redeem an offer
- A patron will present their phone to you showing their QR code (or they may print their QR code and bring it)
- While logged in to the Friarsgate Festival app, you click Scan and scan their QR code
- A page shows up with a button where you click Redeem (Only you can redeem offers for your booth)
- Patron gets their special offer
After the Festival:
- You can see how many special offers you redeemed for future sales info
